What can I do now to prepare for NeighborhoodLIFT?

First, schedule an appointment to attend the January 16-17 event. You can register at Wells Fargo’s LIFT Web Page to REGISTER. Second, participate in a homebuyer education class HBE REGISTRATION. Third, meet with a participating lender (Approved lender list is coming soon) and obtain a pre-approval for a mortgage. Fourth, select a realtor and find a home located within San Antonio. Note: Any of these steps can be completed prior to the NeighborhoodLIFT event.
