ACG’s unique communities are either apartment homes that were existing Multi-Family Properties that ACG has transformed or entirely new communities that ACG has built from the ground up. Our financing lenders have allowed us to set rental rates below market rates making them affordable. All of our communities are managed by a contracted management company, Alpha Barnes who we work closely with to ensure quality affordable housing.

Resident programming is consistently provided at all of our communities through our Learning Centers. Each center is professionally staffed with a Resident Coordinator. Services are offered year-round and include Leadership Development and Education for adults and youth, Pathways Youth Program, Community Wellness and Financial Literacy. ACG partners with Junior Achievement, Girl Scouts and 4-H to provide educational curriculum for all youth at all communities.
ACG has been recognized nationally and locally by the City of San Antonio for its commitment to residents through programs and services.
